Jason Worrall

Co-Founder · Finance & Systems

Jason is a CIMA-qualified finance professional who has spent his career in FP&A across commercial, manufacturing, and Formula 1 motorsport — environments where precision, data, and getting the detail right genuinely matter.

That same discipline goes into every FlowMatic build. Jason designs the systems and automations behind the scenes, making sure each client's setup is reliable, measurable, and actually moves the numbers that count — more booked viewings, more valuations, fewer leads slipping through the cracks.

Stephanie Kruger

Co-Founder · Operations & Delivery

Stephanie holds a Master's degree in Sport Science and a project management qualification, and has worked as an operations manager — a background built around keeping people, processes, and deadlines moving smoothly together.

At FlowMatic, Stephanie leads delivery: making sure every client is onboarded properly, every workflow does what it should, and nothing gets dropped. She's the reason setups go live on time and keep running without fuss long after launch.
